🍝 Here is the recipe: Homemade fresh egg noodles

Ingredients (for 2–3 servings):

7 oz wheat flour (type 405 or 550)
2 large eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp olive oil (optional)

Preparation:

Place the flour on a clean surface and form a well in the center.
Crack the eggs into it, add salt, and slowly work in the flour with a fork.
Knead the dough vigorously for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Wrap in cling film and let rest for 30 minutes.
Cut the dough into pieces, roll out slightly, and pass through the FreshPasta™ machine.
Choose the desired pasta type (e.g., spaghetti, fettuccine, etc.) and process immediately.
Cook fresh pasta in plenty of salted water for 2–3 minutes. Drain and serve.

Tip: For colorful pasta, simply mix beetroot juice, spinach, or cuttlefish ink into the dough!
